It achieves 100ksps sampling rate with 12‑bit conversion accuracy, and supports internal or external reference clock.

The chip adopts split parallel bus, easy to connect with common MCU and DSP. Two power‑down modes help reduce power consumption for portable devices. Operating temperature ranges from ‑40℃ to +85℃ for industrial scenarios.
