SC2662H
SC2662H is a primary‑side flyback PWM power controller in SOP‑8 SMD package. It integrates PWM control circuit and 650V high‑voltage MOSFET, no external power MOSFET required.
It works in CRM critical‑conduction mode at 90kHz switching frequency. PSR architecture cancels optocoupler and secondary feedback parts to cut BOM cost. Green burst‑mode achieves low standby power consumption. Built‑in comprehensive protections include OVP, overload, short‑circuit and thermal shutdown with auto‑restart function.
It supports full‑range 85‑265V AC mains input, maximum output power reaches 12W.
