TD1507TR
TD1507TR is an asynchronous PWM step‑down power regulator in TO‑252‑5 SMD package. It supports 3.6V‑45V DC input, adjustable output from 1.23V to 43V and can drive load current up to 3A at fixed 150kHz switching frequency.
Internal frequency compensation greatly reduces external component quantity, only four peripheral parts are required. TTL‑compatible shutdown pin implements enable control, typical standby current reaches 80μA for low‑power requirement. Built‑in cycle‑by‑cycle current limit and thermal shutdown protect chip from overload and over‑temperature damage.
