LTS25‑NP is compact closed‑loop current sensor manufactured by LEM, designed for direct PCB soldering installation. Primary side pins can be connected in series or parallel to switch three nominal measuring ranges: 8A,12A and 25A RMS, maximum measurable peak current reaches 80A.

It works with single 5V DC power supply. Output baseline is 2.5V, output voltage changes ±0.625V corresponding to ±25A primary current. Typical accuracy ±0.7%, bandwidth DC‑200kHz, response time 0.4µs, fast response for current ripple and over‑current protection detection. 2.5kV isolation voltage achieves safe galvanic isolation between high‑current primary circuit and low‑voltage secondary control circuit.

Operating temperature range ‑10℃ ~ +85℃, low drift and good anti‑interference performance for industrial environment. Load resistance requirement ≥2kΩ.

Typical applications include servo motor drive, frequency converter, UPS power supply, photovoltaic inverter, switching power supply current sampling and industrial automation equipment. Proper thick‑trace layout for primary high‑current pins is required to avoid heating and measurement deviation。

LTS25‑NP Current Transducer Features

1. Closed‑Loop Hall‑Effect Isolated Current Measurement Module LTS25‑NP is a classic closed‑loop (compensated) hall‑effect current transducer manufactured by LEM. It provides galvanic isolation between primary high‑power circuit and secondary measurement circuit, safely measuring DC, AC, pulsed and mixed current signals. Multiple primary conductor pins support parallel‑series wiring to switch three nominal current ranges: ±8A, ±12A, ±25A, peak measuring capacity up to ±80A.

2. Ratiometric Analog Voltage Output & Excellent Dynamic Performance Output follows 2.5V reference baseline; sensitivity is fixed 25mV/A. Bandwidth covers DC up to 200kHz, response time only 0.4µs, suitable for capturing high‑frequency PWM current ripple. Typical accuracy ±0.2%@25℃, excellent linearity ±0.1%, low temperature drift, guarantees stable sampling result for power conversion and motor control systems.

3. Single 5V Power‑Supply & Simple System Integration Only +5V single‑ended power supply required, no negative power rail. Analog voltage output can directly connect to MCU ADC input. PCB through‑hole module design, primary current passes through built‑in integrated conductors, no extra current‑shunt resistor needed, reduces power loss on measurement path.
